END THE MORNING BED HEAD FOR GUYS AND GIRLS.

PILLOW TALK. Hair can cling to your cotton pillow, especially if you sleep on your back or forward during sleep. Exchange it with a silk or satin for the hair to slide freely without breaking. Silk pillows are great and keep hair up in the morning, because it prevents hair static.

EXTEND THE BEAUTY OF YOUR LONG NATURAL HAIR OR EXTENSIONS. Long hair can tangle as you sleep and that causes breakage. Grab your hair very tight with no elastic band (that means take it off your wrist during the night) and put it in a low ponytail. Dare I say it; a scrunchie would even be better or do two loose braids, or several.  With the braids, undo them in the morning and will have a very natural wavy boho chic look. Just loosen gently with fingers and you're out the door.

BRUSH UP ON HAIR CARE. Do not forget to brush! It must become a habit if you do not want to wake up with her hair matted and tangled. Choose a large brush with teeth close and section by section, brush your hair, and making it first peaks. In addition, regular brushing helps hair grow faster by stimulating scalp circulation.
